You will participate in internal projects, as well as external projects supporting the gathering of requirements from end users and then work to refine the requirements into designs to help build out banking products.

You will be expected to work closely with Client Delivery Managers, Client Engineers, and Client Architects to support the implementation of requirements to ensure it meets the needs of the clients.

Requirements:

Alongside having the core skills below, the new member of the team should be excited to understand the customer journeys associated with running a bank, how banking products work "from the inside", work with other Business Analysts to identify relevant use cases, and collaborate with Client Engineers during the build, test, documentation, and demonstrations.

Essential

Currently studying for a degree in business, economics, computer science, mathematics, or another analytics discipline
Excellent analytical approach and problem solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a team, and independently, to achieve the defined goals and deliver successful projects
Proficient in Google Workspace or equivalent, including Google Sheets, Slides and Docs
Stakeholder relationship management skills

Desirable

Financial services and / or banking experience
Project scheduling and coordination skills
An understanding of Agile methodology, and requirements management
Experience working with internal or external clients in previous software delivery projects and managing stakeholder expectations
Preference will be given to applicants graduating in either 2024 or 2025.
