A well known healthcare company is looking for a
Senior Supply Chain Operations Excellence & Performance Management Manager to join their team.

The role is focused on Operations Performance and Service Level Management within a healthcare organization's Supply Chain.


The main responsibilities will be:
-
Organization Capability and Performance Management: Assess and represent the organization's supply chain capabilities as systems, including areas like warehousing, delivery, order processing, and inventory management. Collaborate with supply chain support and management offices to plan and enhance capabilities.

Performance Standards and Monitoring: Establish performance standards for each supply chain system and develop methods to monitor performance, considering industry best practices and organizational objectives.

Systems Performance Reviews and Improvement Proposals: Conduct regular performance reviews, analyze performance data, and propose continuous improvements to enhance competitiveness and sustainability. Coordinate with supply chain management office for system enhancements.

Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Compliance: Assist in setting up SLAs with external entities and ensure compliance with SLAs through regular reviews and necessary improvements or revisions.

Regulatory Compliance and Audits: Develop policies for supply chain processes, establish execution procedures, and conduct audits to ensure compliance. Represent the organization in external audits and facilitate reporting.


Key Requirements:


  • A recognized degree with 810 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare supply chain operations.
  • Leadership skills to drive team outcomes.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Understanding of technology's role in enhancing productivity and innovation.


This role requires a blend of operational expertise, strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills to effectively manage supply chain performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements and regulations.
