Remuneration:

Responsibilities:

Lead other subteams as required to achieve outcomes;
Develop issue and risk management and mitigation strategies as required;
Support project director in providing advice to senior management on issues requiring attention;
Supervise any work undertaken by contractors and consultants;
Train and mentor all project team members;
Liaise with other business unit or healthcare areas as required to meet the overall objectives of the program; and
Consolidate and manage overall implementation schedule of the program with the support of various delivery parties.

Supportive Role

To engage, manage and control requirement for programme.
To manage clarification, qualification and prioritisation for user requirement.
Conduct preassessment, process mapping, user journey, interlock with various system owners.
Organising and document the requirements and delivery artefacts.
Coordinate and scheduling activities.
Assist in engaging users on requirement gathering, qualification and prioritisation activities.
Interlocking with cluster systems' solution architects and delivery team for solution design clarifications and technical specifications.
Creating documentation for systems and signoff requirements for deliverables
Supporting role for testing, cutover and golive.

Requirement:

Minimum 5 years in midlarge scale project management and/or delivery
Strong leadership, people management, time management, problem solving, project management and conflict resolution skills
Selfmotivated team player with ability to work under tight project deadlines
Experienced in journey experience mapping is an advantage
Experienced in developing service blueprint is an advantage
Domain knowledge in Healthcare operation process is an advantage
Strong presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills in a matrix reporting environment
Previous experience of healthcare domain is good to have
Preferably Certified Project Management (SAFe, CSM, CITPM, ITIL etc)
