As the pioneer clubbing institution in Singapore, Zouk was the first club to introduce House music, bravely steering away from the popular trend of the Top 40s and retro playlists, establishing itself as a trailblazer in the industry.

With its expansion into the F&B sector, Zouk Group added a new vibe dining concept, FUHU Restaurant, and Bar, to its growing F&B pillar, and also owns the franchise for FIVE GUYS in Singapore and Malaysia. Further expansion plans in the pipeline include bringing Zouk concepts to Resorts World Las Vegas, and onboard the new Global Class cruise ship in 2021 and beyond.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

•Outlet cleaning and set-up to get ready for operations
•Offer prompt, friendly, and efficient service to all guests. Ensure tables, flooring, and station cleanliness before and during operations
•Drinks ordering, bill payment settling, tables maintenance, service follow-up, and bottle service for all guests
•In-charge one of the outlet stations and lead a sub-team for operation, arrange staff break time, handle minor issues before handover to superiors
•Orientation & buddy system for newly join staff
•Full-timer side tasks such as staging and furniture movement for normal Ops & events, poster updates etc
•Outlet closing and cleaning
•Update guests about current and upcoming promotions
•Attend to guests' needs promptly
