• Role Overview: The Internal Control Manager will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and monitoring internal control framework across the organization. This position will collaborate with various teams and departments to assess risks, design control frameworks, and monitor adherence to established controls.

• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability and assess the effectiveness of existing controls.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand business processes and risks, ensuring controls are tailored to specific needs.
• Develop and design comprehensive control frameworks and policies that align with the organization's objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Establish control procedures, documentation, and guidelines for effective control implementation.
• Work closely with internal teams and external auditors to ensure control framework compliance.
• Perform periodic testing and evaluation of controls to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Identify control gaps, deficiencies, and potential areas of noncompliance and propose corrective actions.
• Monitor changes in regulations and industry best practices to update internal controls accordingly.
• Conduct training sessions for employees to promote awareness of internal controls and their importance in maintaining the integrity of the organization.
• Prepare detailed reports on the status of internal controls, including identified issues, corrective actions, and progress updates.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in internal controls, internal audit, risk management, or a similar function in the financial services industry
• Solid understanding of internal control principles, risk management methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
• Detailoriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership for assigned tasks.
