A Maintenance Workshop Supervisor needs leadership capabilities, communication skills and the ability to prioritise work. He is a good team player and interacts effectively with others. Mainly repair of forklift, Kalmar and boom lift equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Planning maintenance schedules and activities to minimise downtime.
2. Prioritising work schedules for repairs, rebuilds and maintenance.
3. Directing and supervising workshop staff.
4. Ensuring compliance with Workplace Safety policies.
5. Maintaining a clean and safe workshop.
6. Managing and reporting workplace incidents and safety breaches.
7. Sourcing quotes for materials and supplies.
8. Scoping and estimating costs and timeframes for maintenance work.
9. Reviewing completed works.
10. Inputting data into spreadsheets and workshop management software.

Requirements:

1. 'N' Level, ITE certificate or any technical certificate in the similar trade
2. Proven experience as a workshop supervisor
3. Experience in customer service will be appreciated
4. Good team player

Our company is located in Penjuru, West of Singapore.
5.5 work days, Mon - Sat : 8.00am - 5.00pm/ 8.00am noon (Sat)
