Description

Responsibilities:

• Preparing for, accomplishing, and meeting monthly sales targets
• Create a new customer list using the current clientele
• Able to show to clients while having a rudimentary understanding of BMS and ACMV systems
• Capacity to comprehend the design specifications for the BMS system, which cover a variety of building services like power metering, lighting, ACMV, heat exchangers, and chillers.
• Communicate with clients to create new business and meet with them to offer technical support as needed.
• Pre-sales preparation includes creating project budgets, quotes, and cost estimates, finishing technical specifications, and providing clients with catalogs and engineering data.

Requirements:

• Building Management System / ACMV System Graphics Design Experience
• Maintenance experience is a n added advantage.
• Degree Holder in Mechanical Engineering is ideal
• Previous experience in carrying out onsite inspections of installatons and BMS Control functionality testing and commissioning.
