Introduction:

Reports to the Management team on a timely basis


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and oversee endtoend project management, ensuring timely delivery and within budget constraints with a handson approach reporting to the management team
  • Identify, evaluate, and oversee third party suppliers to help company achieve operational capabilities.
  • Perform negotiations on behalf of the company.
  • Collaborate with management and operational teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, highlighting critical paths and resource allocation and profit and loss, revenue projections
  • Foster a collaborative environment, promoting effective communication and transparency among team members.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Conduct postproject evaluations to analyze results and enhance future project performance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and project management methodologies.

Requirements:


  • Diploma in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing.
  • Experience in project management, demonstrating successful delivery of projects. (No experience will be considered as well)
  • Self-Starter and Self Motivated and able to work independently with guidance
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward project goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Detailoriented, ensuring accuracy in project planning and execution.

Work Schedule:


  • 9 AM to 6 PM, 5day work week.
  • May require flexibility to extend working hours on a voluntary basis for work completion.
