- Assist to engage tenants on performance discussion and opportunities for expansions
- Assist to conduct regular meetings with tenants to understand their business needs and directions
- Liaise with tenants on complaints, operational feedback and leasing matters
- Ensure tenants' adherence to lease terms
- Analyze tenants' sales data for reporting purposes and provide management, malls and other departments with relevant leasing reports when required
- Support in report generations and tracking of tenant's submission for PLI and AFS
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Preferred studies in Real Estate or any other related disciplines
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
