**Job Description

As an Executive, Accounts (GL), you will be responsible for assisting with general ledger accounting, consolidating all subsidiaries financial reports, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

You need to have a strong understanding of accounting principles, be detail-oriented, and be able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation of the group financial statements include checking of the subsidiaries reporting pack
Prepare journal entries for specific accounts for the Company
Prepare the group notes for the Company and auditors.
Prepare the financial reporting requirement by the corporate financial controller.
Support monthend and yearend closing activities
Process overseas representative claims of the Company for approval and payment.
Assist in the preparation in the Company audited report and annual report
Assist in the GST preparation for Singapore GSTregistered subsidiaries
Prepare and maintain monthly exchange rates in the accounting system.
Collaborate with other members of the finance team & the subsidiaries team to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
Provide support to other members of the finance team as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor in Accounting / ACCA
3 years of experience in accounts or a similar role
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements
Familiarity with accounting software and systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of tax and regulatory requirements related to financial reporting
