Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage the target audience, and drive website traffic and conversions.
- Manage and monitor all company social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including posts, images, videos, and infographics.
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing to ensure the company's social media presence remains innovative and competitive.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
- Monitor social media analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of social media initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze competitor social media activities, industry trends, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and recommend strategies to increase engagement and reach.
- Stay up to date with social media platform updates, algorithm changes, and new features, and propose creative ways to leverage these updates to maximize results.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, content, and customer service, to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience across all social media channels.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in social media marketing are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and an understanding of their respective audiences and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging social media content.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns and content.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics, track campaign performance, and make datadriven decisions.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and basic image and video editing skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
