Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of solar project construction, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Mentor and lead a team of project engineers, providing guidance and support throughout project lifecycles.
Interface directly with clients to understand project requirements, address concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction.
Oversee procurement activities, sourcing materials and services while optimizing costs.
Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
Identify and resolve projectrelated challenges in realtime, employing innovative problemsolving techniques.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in construction and project management, particularly within the renewable energy sector.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to effectively manage crossfunctional teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problemsolving abilities, with a track record of successfully navigating complex project challenges.
Extensive network of vendors and suppliers within the renewable energy industry.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
