Major responsibilities include:


  • Support HR function in Southeast Asia operation
  • Establish a friendly environment in SEA and improving colleagues' satisfaction

Main Objectives

  • Provide a highly efficient, productive, and safe working environment for Convergint APAC colleagues so they can achieve their strategic and business objectives.
  • Enhance the colleague's satisfaction
  • Assist on organizing Convergint APAC colleagues onboarding/training programs in your region
  • Support associates by providing needed HR services in SEA region.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment files

Responsibilities:


  • Support the recruitment full cycle.
  • Establish wider hiring channels by expanding the recruitment network
  • Manage initial screening & interview arrangement, reference check
  • Manage recruitment channels in SEA region
  • Collaborate with hiring manager on recruitment needs in SEA region
  • Achieve recruitment turn around at given time
  • Suggest relevant recruitment channels
  • Promote Convergint APAC thru campus recruitment & internship activities.
  • Manage several talent searches and priorities critical roles efficiently
  • Build & manage talent pool
  • Joining and Leaving procedure following Convergint APAC standard
  • Source challenging roles thru different available recruitment channels
  • Manage all recruiting related paperwork and process
  • Manage Convergint APAC colleagues' talent pool
  • Assist all managers to run the HIPO program with high efficiency
  • Maintain and monitor staff movement, staff probation and promotion arrangement.
  • Policy updates as government regulations and rules
  • Assist to organize all sorts of onboarding trainings.

Adhoc Duties:


  • Assist on HR project and HR initiatives
  • Office and employee safety and security management
  • Involve annual meeting, charity events and team activities
  • Be responsible for adhoc Admin and office management issues.

Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • 5 years experience in HR Talent acquisition related experience
  • People oriented
  • Outgoing personality
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Proactive, driven and able to work under minimum supervision
  • Can work in fast paced environment
  • Result oriented
  • Able to handle multitask responsibilities
  • Passionate in meeting people
