Join our Human Resource department to provide strong and reliable support to Care Community Services Society in human resource operations.
Job Requirements:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in payroll management, administration of employee benefits and compensation, end to end recruitment, maintenance of employee personal data management, performance management and employee relations.
- You have a minimum qualification of Diploma in Business Management and/or Human Resource Management
- You are selfmotivated and take initiative to drive improvements and developments
- You have strong communication skills
- You are able to work independently and as a team player who is able to work cohesively with colleagues.
