- Collaborating with Product Management to comprehend customer needs, motivations, and pain points through methods such as customer interviews, usability tests, and qualitative research.
- Generating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, visual designs, and prototypes. Additionally, producing clear documentation to translate research findings into visualized product features for both the Product team and Engineers.
- Ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience by continuously monitoring user interactions with the product and implementing improvements.
- Conducting experiments to enhance the customer experience for our customer-facing products.
- Making strategic decisions concerning user experience related to product functions and features.
- Over 2 years of working experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related role within a tech product company or agency.
- Location in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Professional training in UI/UX Design or Product Design (e.g., FPT, MindX, Arena).
- Solid knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, user testing, interaction, and visual design.
- Experience in conducting customer research and usability testing.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including color theory, typography, grid systems, layouts, icons, and interactivity.
