Job Scope:

Conduct workshops and discussions for functional requirements and design.
Manage overall project and solutioning.
Provide support to review design specifications.
Perform System Integration Test (SIT) /User Acceptance Test (UAT)/Training activities according to timeline.
Conduct UAT/Training activities.
Facilitate the full cycle for UAT process.
Facilitate the full cycles for Interface and Integration Testing process.
Ensure proper project documentation.
Managing project matters and liaise with User Champions, Functional Leads/Reps and IT support/vendors for internal/external systems
Single point of contact for project issues in own area.
Track and escalate project issues during project cycles.
Take ownership to achieve project timeline and minimize risk.
Participate and Conduct in Training sessions for the overall project.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience
Well-versed with ITIL processes, with good/concrete working experience under ITIL best practises.
Good appreciation of IT Security and IT Governance standards and practices.
Team player good interpersonal skills in interacting with external customers and internal stakeholders (which includes presentation to management).
Excellent communication, negotiation and professional writing skills.
Working experience as a SPOC for IT audits or as an IT auditor.
Working experience managing Application Maintenance contracts and vendors' SLAs.
