  • In this role, you will report to Head of Rewards & Head of Resourcing, be par t of the Human Capital organization in Maybank Singapore.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree holder with at least 8 years of direct experience in Compensation & Benefits or Rewards. Experience in designing, managing and implementing rewards plans/programs in a medium/large organizations. Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and methodologies including the legislative regulations and compliance. Prior experience in Financial Services and/or Banking sector will be advantageous. Detailed oriented, analytical, able to work independently and high initiative. Analytical with a strategic acumen to anticipate business needs. Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Good knowledge and experienced in incentive plan design and policy would be advantageous. Excellent Advanced MS Excel skills. Knowledge of macro, dashboard, and automation will be advantageous
