    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Author, conflict detect and update  Lead and manage the mechanical and electrical (M&E) design and engineering activities.
    • Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of M&E systems for construction projects.
    • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure integration and coordination of M&E systems with overall project design.
    • Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and technical documents.
    • Prepare and present technical proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the design and construction of M&E systems.
    • Manage and monitor project progress, budget, and quality of deliverables.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in M&E design and engineering, preferably in the construction or design industry.
    • Experience in managing and leading a team of engineers
