Your field of responsibility
This is a regional capital management role in the APAC Treasury department, based in Singapore.

The role is responsible for APAC region's RWA and Leverage Exposure management for CS Group and Parent capital based on FINMA rules, with a key focus on APAC Financing Group.

The role includes but not limited to the following:

Managing emerging challenges as capital usage responds to market environment, client positioning and methodology changes and supporting businesses in mitigating and resolving these challenges
Lead deepdives on RWA and Leverage Exposure usage for individual businesses, product types and legal entities to improve understanding of capital dynamics, efficiency and opportunities, and develop tools to improve capital management
Support financial analysis and planning: preparing full year forecasts, developing and documenting the longterm financial planning and providing insights on the APAC RWA and Leverage Exposure usage
You will have regular interaction with a wide range of stakeholders across the Bank including business trading heads & COOs, BMR Basel Reporting team, Treasury, Capital Management Group, Market, Credit and Enterprise Risk departments, and colleagues across the APAC CFO group
There will be cross training opportunity with APAC legal entity capital planning team to conduct capital plans for APAC legal entities from end to end based on local regulatory capital rules.

Your skills and experience

You will be responsible for understanding, planning and tracking the current and forward view of capital usage and working with businesses to ensure efficient use of RWA and Leverage Exposure whilst complying with limits.

Relevant experience working for a global financial institution would be preferred with the following attributes:

Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Knowledge in Basel RWA and Leverage Exposure topics, preferably in Swiss FINMA regulatory framework
Familiarity of Credit Suisse's business dynamics, credit and market risk and financial markets in general preferred
You have the ability to communicate logically and precisely, including writing clear and concise presentations and have the confidence to present to senior business and finance colleagues; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
You bring an intellectual curiosity to the role, and are prepared to challenge the status quo and propose alternatives
You are a dedicated problem solver with a pragmatic and solution oriented working style and willingness to work handson
