Roles & Responsibilities

Benefits:

1. Mon-Fri: 8am –5:30pm
2. Location: Genting Lane
3. Salary: $3300-$3700

Job scope:

• Liaise with customer concern and feedback on product quality issue
• Perform root cause analysis (8D/fish bone diagram) and propose corrective/preventive actions on internal/external quality issues
• Develop Quality Plan (QP) for new product and review Failure mode Effect Analysis(FMEA), Process Control Plan (PCP), First Article Report (FAR)
• Provide guidance to QC Technicians as required to maintain a compliance process such as First Article Inspection(FAI), Quality Inspection Plan(QIP) setup.
• Performs tracing of defective parts to ensure conformance to engineering customer's specifications.
• conducts set-up and roving inspection.
• record measured data and chart data on statistical process variable control chart.
