Responsibilities:


  • Report to Stakeholders (MD and GM).
  • Assisted with an Administrative Assistant as a team.
  • Manages bookkeeping and prepare full set of accounts using account MYOB software.
  • Review and perform payroll processing using cloud payroll solution (PayBoy).
  • Perform compilation of financial statements, corporate taxes, and GST submission.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Requirements.
  • Handle monthly closing and responsible for daytoday accounting transactions.
  • Verify receipts posting and issue payment.
  • Review and monitor daytoday activities related to credit and collections and payments.
  • Provide improvement on establishing systems, processes, and workflow.
  • Liaise with external and internal auditors, tax advisors and corporate secretaries.
  • Comanaging of the HR cloud software with HR personnel on payroll related matters.
  • Attend to adhoc tasks and projects assigned by the Company from time to time.
  • Performing other duties that are assigned.

Requirements:


  • Degree and above or Professional Accounting Certificates.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Singapore base on a similar capacity.
  • Prior handson practical experience in bookkeeping and payroll is a PLUS point.
  • Knowledge in latest financial reporting standards and especially Singapore corporate tax is a requirement.
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad hoc financial reports timely and accurately.
  • Liaise with HR partners on payroll related matters of the entities.
  • Able to work independently, multitask, work under pressure, positive attitude and selfmotivated.
  • Good Communication Skills with external and internal stakeholders.
