Responsibilities

• Governance of NCE Contract and vendor
• Monitor NCE process executed by vendor
• Attend to queries and complaints on NCE related process
• Provide assistance to facilitate NCE processing/verification
• Check on PRP portal and ensure its functioning
• Response to query on PRP related matters
• Verification officer for approval of PRP application for restricted area
• Attend to query on PRP and MARS portal and coordinate to fixing issue (raise ticket and follow up)
• In charge of CR (Change Request) form for User account request for MARS

Job Requirements

• Min diploma in Engineering or related discipline
• Good communication skills and tactful
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel with good knowledge of Power point
