Location:
Pandan Crescent

Working hours:
Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Fast-paced environment
Basic salary + Quarterly bonus + Incentives

Our client is a US MNC and supplier of bearings and fasteners product.

Responsibilities:

Maintain existing business relationship through continuous follow up, responding to customers inquiries, and resolving problems
Diligently supporting and reporting to team leads on day-to-day activities
Deliver presentations of products at customer sites
Recoup overdue payments from customers
Processing orders and ensuring prompt shipments to customers
Preparing packing list for warehouse to pack
Update customers on pending delivery dates and create delivery orders and invoices for deliveries to customers

Requirements:

Minimum N/ O Level education
At least 2 years of experience in sales support/ coordination
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Good communication skills
