Content Specialist (12 months contract)
Job description
- Contribute to the strengthening of the team spirit and the fostering of a collaborative work environment
- Motivate and provide guidance/feedback to other team members to improve overall performance
- Manage the translation of high quality and timely Chinese investment content to enhance the local language offering and increase penetration for the Greater China region
- Be responsible for the Chinese content value chain (translation, delivery and promotion) across proprietary content channels
- Support in the production of timely Asiarelevant investment content consistent with the house view
- Coordinate the production process with various stakeholders (Research and Investment Specialists) in the Bank
- Keep updated on changes in the Bank's Research and CIO views and infer implications for investment content
- Work to fulfil the ambitions of the team defined by Head Investment Content & Campaigns APAC
- Regular review of the function's practices to ensure efficiency and productivity at kept at optimal levels
- Meet all legal, regulatory and compliance standards/requirements
- Adhere to all relevant Local User Manuals
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments in relation to the publications landscape and ensure appropriate implementation
- Perform monitoring, clearance and control of new and existing publications checking on accuracy, consistency and conformity
- Regular assessment of the function's practices to mitigate associated risks arising out of and relating to the said function
- Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Requirements
- Able to quickly troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions
- Fast learner and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Good communication/coordination skills to deal with different levels of stakeholders
- Higher educational background with 25 years of relevant working experience
- Represent the Bank's and shareholders' interests at all times
- Sound understanding of global investment industry, markets and products
