Description
Recording and reconciling online sales

  • Bank reconciliation
  • Accruals and Journal Voucher
  • Interco billing and reconciliation
  • Preparation of balance sheet schedules
  • Preparation of FS and 'group' FS
Preparation of General Ledger
Account Receiveable

  • Financial (Profit & Lost) analysis
  • Monthly closing of accounts
  • Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with Director & review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes and keep senior leadership team abreast of the organization's financial status.
  • Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.
  • Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department's overall policy and procedure manual.
  • Effectively communicate and present the critical financial matters to the senior leadership team.
  • Perform monthly consolidation for the different entities including reconciliation of intercompany balances and transactions.
  • Handle full set of accounts for 4 entities, including preparation of the relevant audit schedules, and ensure timely closure of monthly accounts for management reporting.
  • Preparation of quarterly GST.
  • Maintain the fixed asset register for all the entities and arrange for annual physical sighting of fixed assets.
  • Preparation of the statutory financial statements for the different entities
  • Monitor internal controls of assigned companies to ensure compliance to the company's corporate policies and procedures.
  • Compilation of monthly financial data (P&L) for management reporting purposes.

Requirement:


  • Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experience in related fields.
  • Good working knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
  • MS Excel
  • Possess strong organisational and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet job objectives and deadlines.
  • Experience with Autocount Software is an advantage
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
