Responsibilities:

Oversee entire workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow
Liaise with respective manufacturer to resolve vehicle issues as and where necessary
Attend to technical issues raised by customers and ensure that the issues are promptly resolved
Track productivity and efficiency ratio to be in line with department's targets
Plan and organize workshop operations in accordance with manufacturers requirements
Ensure workshop facilities are well maintained meeting WHS requirements
Fully conversant with all manufacturer technical literature and be able to coach and develop training programs for staff

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Engineering with at least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity
Strong communicator with good problem solving and people management skills
Possess a valid Class 3 drivers licence
