Responsibilities:

Assist/provide backup on freight management for idsMED countries
Assist manager on monthly / quarterly reports for analysis purpose
Assist idsMED countries in custom requirement
Work closely with 3PL & Freight Forwarders to ensure prompt commitments for delivery to markets
Responsible for troubleshooting any concern related to international freight transportation
Work with existing transportation suppliers on optimal delivery rate and routing
Ensure that internal teams recommend the most advantageous transportation modes, routing, equipment or frequency
Any adhoc duties assigned by reporting manager

Work Experience & Qualification

Degree in a quantitative field
Prior experience of working in a data driven environment
Familiar with manufacturing, sales & marketing, distribution and logistics operations
Min 2 years related experience
Ability to design data analytics modelling, identify patterns and understand data trends
Experience with BI tools
Fluent in English, both written and conversations
Experience in Healthcare industry is an added advantage.
Ability to develop and manage relationships with third parties/Outsourced service providers.
