Vishay Siliconix Singapore is currently seeking a permanent Cost and Inventory Analyst responsible for Costing function:


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Perform daily/ weekly product costing by materials to support product marketing and management reporting and margin analysis.
  • Perform timely report on Substrate/EPI cost/valuation to ensure that inventory at subcontractor &/or buy/sell is correctly billed and accounted for.
  • Perform timely report on finished goods cost/valuation to ensure that inventory at warehouse is correctly stated.
  • Perform timely monthly inventory report to management
  • Yearly standard setting based on budget to ensure that proper inventory valuation and accurate cost information for pricing decisions.
  • Coordinate with factory to perform yearly physical stock and reconcile physical vs book on raw materials
  • Liaise with internal and external auditor to review on material cost and inventory valuation

Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant costing and accounting experiences.
  • Strong analytical and accounting skills.
  • Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with high level of difficulty.
  • Advance excel and SAP FICO knowledge is a must.
