We are a preloved luxury retail boutique and we are looking for a E-commerce & Customer Service Assistant to join our team.

Job scope

Take stock photos and provide the daytoday retail and ecommerce operations support
Process orders and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner
Answer customer's enquiries both face to face and via social media platform
Understand client's needs, engage with clients to develop long term relationships and confidence in our products

Requirements:

Willingness to learn, attention to detail, drive to constantly to improve oneself
Enjoy human interactions and build relationship with people
Experience in customer service will be advantageous
Weekend shift on rotation basis
Right to work in Singapore. We are unable to sponsor work permit
