HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) EXECUTIVE

THE PROVIDORE SINGAPORE
HR has to offer more than just the traditional administrative practice, theology and mindset; it must be able to provide value-add to an organization through analytical insight and information for betterment of the overall HR experience:

  • Increase productivity
  • Reduce wastage costs
  • Provide direction for improved solutions

Reporting directly to the Group HR Director, and working closely with key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in the HR Transformation process of driving innovation and improvement for continued empowerment and support to safeguarding our most valuable asset - Our people.


Primary Focus Areas:


  • Payroll
  • HR Information Systems (HRIS) / HR Management Systems (HRMS)
  • Compensation & Benefits

Secondary Support:


  • Employee Life Cycle
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Employee Engagement
  • Performance Management
  • Any other HR Functional Area or Skill-Development Tasks as assigned by the Group HR Director
    Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, Business Administration or Finance from a recognized institution
  • An analytical and inquisitive mindset is critical; keen to explore and challenge the norms of HR
  • Able to cohesively work in in a strong, team environment as well as build, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Direct, related experience Payroll, HRIS / HRMS, and Compensation & Benefits will be highly advantageous
  • Genuinely high levels of attention to detail, with meticulous accuracy in analytics, calculations, figures and presentation
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge in Employment Act and Statutory Regulations
