Primary Purpose of the Position:
- Design and develop trade marketing strategy and campaigns across ASEAN strategic markets to reach consumers, enabling sales growth for all brands while ensuring the alignment with the brand positioning
- Lead country trade marketing team to maximize the return on investment by centralizing the TM resources and program designs and magnifying best practices and synergies across all countries
- Lead the development and keep improving retail signage, instore merchandising and ecommerce brand / product across ASEAN, ensuring impact and reflecting our brand equity to drive purchasing intent
Responsibilities:

Trade Marketing
- Develop an ASEAN integrated trade (sellthrough / sellout) and ecommerce marketing agenda including programs/ campaigns that are aligned with APAC & global brand(s) directions
- Ensure consistent brand(s) identity and messages built on consumer insights, and deploy through working closely with country marketing teams
- Solicit and manage ASEAN centralized agency through design and development of APAC wide campaigns, and ensure deployment across the clusters while tailoring to local requirements
- Identify and deploy process and technology / digital capabilities as required to deliver the desired shopper experience to drive share gains in prioritized consumer segments for both online and offline
- **Retail Design*
- Develop retail design and merchandising guidebook to bring into life the aligned APAC brand(s) positioning
- Provide more shopper value, facilitating decisionmaking by improving the ease of shopping and reducing friction of instore buying process.

Job Requirements:
- 8 years Marketing foundation, with demonstrated experience in the areas of trade marketing, retail design, Marketplace Activation (both Traditional and New Media)
- 5+ years in leadership
- Experienced Trade Marketing skills and design capabilities
- Innovative and creative thinking
- Organization leadership and team development : Able to influence across the countries through functional leadership
- Strong analytical & strategic
- Drive for results in prioritized manner (balanced sense of urgency)
