Backend Engineer (Remote/On-site/Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

Write high-quality code for a scalable backend architecture.
Collaborate with project managers, senior developers, and business partners for planning, idea sharing, code demonstrations, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.
Evaluate and define improvements to current infrastructure.
Assist team members in ensuring architectural compliance and functional accuracy.
Engage with clients and cross-functional teams to update on project progress.
Analyze data to coordinate system installations or modifications effectively.
Monitor system performance and execute project plans.

Requirements:

3+ years of backend development experience.
Proficiency in NodeJs or Go.
Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Redis.
Familiarity with modern backend tools and pipelines.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical needs.
Expertise in benchmarking and optimization.
Experience with container and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
Mentoring skills for team members.
Proficient with a public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their infrastructure services like EC2.
Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.

Optional Requirements:

Experience with message queues and microservices.
Familiarity with Typescript.
Hands-on experience with Graph databases like Neo4j.
Strong project scoping and management abilities.
