Responsibilities

  • Daily manpower planning to ensure ops excellence in a costeffective manner
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to understand operational needs in order to plan/forecast the necessary resources required
  • Attendance management and make necessary adjustments when necessary
  • Conduct routine review with manpower agencies for performance improvement
  • Control overall budget and lead initiatives to reduce cost
  • Analyze cost variance, and identify potential factors to ensure cost stability
  • Work closely with HR to manage and achieve efficiency in manpower deployment
  • Work onsite during the campaign period to ensure manpower supply is managed optimally
  • Manage the endtoend onboarding of new manpower agencies from sourcing to rate negotiation to contract to sign

Requirements:


  • Degree holder with at least 2 years of working experience
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain industries, and/or manpower planning/deployment is a plus
  • Analytical, datadriven and detailoriented
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, working with data and numbers is a must
  • Good communication skills
  • Handson fast learner with strong ownership and independence
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Able to be on the ground to manage manpower deployment during campaign season
  • Comfortable to travel between sites and able to work in warehouse environment, whenever required
