E-commerce Executive/ Marketing Assistant

About the Role:

Join our dynamic team as an E-commerce Executive/Marketing Assistant We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to drive our online presence and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Order Management: Handle backend order fulfillment processes such as invoicing, printing shipping labels, parcel packing, and processing.

Sales & Branding: Strategically plan and implement campaigns to elevate sales and foster branding initiatives.

Inventory Management: Oversee stock arrangements - unpacking, sorting, repacking, updating in the system, and stock-taking. Ensure efficient stock replenishment and proper warehouse organization.

Delivery Coordination: Collaborate with the delivery team to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Product Showcase: Manage product photography and list products on E-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, and Magento.

Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake any other duties as required.
