Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Responsible to assist in providing strategic direction, product feature prioritization, and tactical execution, while
working closely with customers on upcoming IoT products.

  • Responsible assist to span the entire product management lifecycle for IoT products which include deep interaction
with customers, sales and engineering.

  • Responsible for the gathering of requirements from customers, vendors, sales and support and driving ongoing
prioritization of product investments.

  • Assist an internal team to work with external vendors on the end to end solution design, project implementation
details, User Acceptance Testing and commission of the delivery of the IoT Products.

  • Responsible in assisting the Product Manager in driving the roadmap, solutioning, positioning, requirements and
feature delivery for the new IoT products.

  • Assist to develop detailed use cases IoT Products and functional requirements, and communicate these needs to
engineering.

  • Collaborate with product marketing to support creation of customer driven messaging and content.
  • Review and establishes new procedures as and when necessary as a continuous improvement effort to improve
service quality and customer satisfaction for the services launched.


What are the skills required for this role?

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Technology.
  • Good written and oral communications skills.
  • Keen sense of technology developments and market trends.
  • Achievement and customer oriented. Independent, creative and driven to get outcomes.
  • Have the drive, energy and commitment to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Good attitude and collaborative spirit
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
