Job Description

We are looking for technically skilled candidates with proficient technical and analyzing skills. IT Support officers troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely feedback and create sales reports using MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Business Information systems or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate and follow strict deadlines.
• Advance knowledge in MS Excel is a Must.

Responsibilites and Duties

• Providing support for POS and in-house programs across the company (may be in person, phone or email).
• Involve in inventories and purchasing analysis
• Data analyzation reports.
• Other ad-hoc duties
