But what's the role?


We are on the hunt for a dynamic Channels Director who is eager to take on the responsibility of developing and maintaining our commercial channels.

Your role will be crucial in identifying suitable channel partners, enabling them and driving their success.

You'll be working closely with our partners and our internal teams to maximise the potential of our relationships and ensure we are reaching our mutual commercial objectives.


Sounds great - what will I do?

  • You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners to expand our reach and the distribution of our technology
  • You will establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts and ensure channel partners are fully enabled and equipped to succeed
  • You will develop distributor relationships and maintain existing global relationships
  • You'll be developing and implementing channel marketing plans to drive revenue growth, tracking their effectiveness and adjusting as necessary
  • You'll also be handling partner concerns and resolving any issues that arise to ensure partner satisfaction, whilst maintaining a clear focus on the goals and objectives of both our organisation and our partners

Technologies

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office and Channel Management software

Ideal Experience
Ideally, you should have 5 or more years of experience:

  • Managing channel partners, including partner recruitment and relationship management
  • Developing and implementing effective channel marketing plans
  • Navigating complex business negotiations and building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Working collaboratively across teams, particularly sales, marketing, and product development

Bonus Experience

It'll also be awesome if you:

  • Have a deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry and market trends
  • Have experience in working with international partners, understanding the nuances of different markets
  • Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics, particularly around partner recruitment and revenue growth
