Job Description & Requirements:
To be able to perform the below task diligently:
(1) Manage pre-work for site works and installations.
(2) Manage appointments, calendar and inventory.
(3) Preparation of Quotes, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and other documentation as and when needed.
(4) Phone and Customer friendly.
(5) Liaising with key stakeholders of the Company.
Skills:
(1) Intermediate Computer and Network Knowledge is an advantage.
(2) Fast and Verified Work.
(3) Good Listener and note taker.
Requires
(1) Willingness to learn and pickup new skills.
