Description

We are seeking a hands-on, service-oriented HR Manager with exceptional people management and organizational skills to execute frontline processes across the full spectrum of HR-related functions.

This position requires you to work from the Company's headquarters in Singapore.


RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Strategy & Planning

  • Build and implement endtoend HR functions from the ground up, including progressive policies, efficient processes, and a globally minded HR toolset.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, best practices, toolkits, and evolving statutory/compliance regimes.
  • With the leadership team, develop a culture playbook that integrates our purpose, values, aspirations, and brand.
  • With the leadership team, develop an organizational and talent strategy to support the company's growth and expansion objectives, including talent recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
Hiring & On-Boarding

  • Working with the leadership team, define job scope and requirements for open positions.
  • Support acquisition of exceptional talent, specifically through the development and execution of efficient hiring and onboarding processes that reflect and reinforce our corporate values and culture.
  • Maintain a strong professional network to keep updated on hiring trends, best practices, and tools for efficient and effective hiring and onboarding.
HR Operations

  • Develop and administer core human resource programs including globally competitive compensation & benefits; performance assessment & talent management; career progression & development; professional coaching and training, etc.
  • Serve as the frontline resource to employees for questions and feedback on HR policies, systems, and procedures.
  • Develop and implement performance assessment framework that meaningfully incentivizes achievement of our corporate objectives.
  • Manage the implementation of our culture playbook, to create a positive, respectful, and supportive working environment and dynamic that enhances team productivity, wellbeing, and morale.
Policies & Procedures

  • Ensure effective and efficient implementation of policies and practices pertaining to all HR matters to ensure consistency and transparency.
  • Continuously review HR services, offerings, and processes and propose amendments and customization where necessary to ensure competitiveness and relevancy to evolving business objectives and operational needs.
  • Monitor evolving laws and regulations and adapt policies and practices to maintain compliance therewith.

Requirements:


PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of human resource management experience as an HR generalist, managing endtoend HR functions, ideally in a mix of environments (e.g., global MNC, startup incubator, or venture capital firm).
  • Experience in developing HR policies and processes.
  • Experience in using and/or setting up HR systems.
  • Established network of relevant service providers to enhance internal capabilities as needed.
