Reporting to:

CFO

Job description:

  • Oversee the accounting operations and develop plans and process for financial reporting.
  • Supervise accounting department, guide, and train the team to achieve department goals.
  • Lead the financial reporting process, review financial reports, and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Perform audits related to company financial accounts.
  • Work closely with head office on accounting matters and provide relevant reports.

Requirements:


  • Diploma and above qualifications in accounting or finance related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance capacity, prior experience in manufacturing industry is preferred, experience in garments/footwear manufacturing is advantageous.
  • Prior experience with big 4 accounting firms is an advantage.
  • Familiar with cost accounting and IFRS.
  • Experience in ERP system.
  • Good communication skills, good command of both English and Chinese (The role is based in Indonesia and reports to
    CFO based in Taiwan.)
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT, etc.)
  • A handson manager with teamwork spirit and skills.
