  • You are a hands-on developer with experience in any of the following languages: Python, Java, C# or .NET.
  • You have some knowledge of reconciliations and/or experience in tools like Frontier, IntelliMatch in the market.
  • You have experience developing enterprise solutions using modern software development best practices.

  • You have a good understanding of SDLC and application of Agile Methodologies.

  • Ideally, you have an education in Computer Science (or relevant subjects).What you can expectThe Reconciliations and Operational Client Services (ROCS) technology team builds and manages a suite of vendor based as well as in-house Quartz based reconciliation software that are used to implement various strategic reconciliations and controls for Securities, Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD), Over the Counter (OTC) cleared, Fixed Income / FX Derivatives, and Transaction Reporting operations users. You will be able to collaborate with global architect and teams to design and develop new features on our strategic reconciliation platforms. You will be able propose and work on innovative and new technologies to handle very large data sets. You will be able to expand your Financial Products knowledge. We have a strong Agile team of developers from diverse backgrounds who are highly motivated and collaborative. We would be able to offer a technical development track to developers who would like to pursue a career in the technical domain within Global Markets and Investment Banking.What you will do
  • You would help to modernize and migrate existing SWIFT processing to newer architecture, as part of the SWIFT ISO20022 adoption program.
  • You would help to enhance existing and/or build additional controls to improve the quality, accuracy, and completeness of the data reported to regulators and agencies, e.g., Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), etc.
  • You would work on improving, standardizing, and migrating older reconciliations to a unified Canvas reconciliations framework in Quartz.
  • You would work with other Global teammates on improving reconciliations automation, data processing efficiency, as well as service reliability.
  • You would be responsible for developing, enhancing, modifying, and/or maintaining reconciliations in the common code base.
