- Support the marketing department of a company in coordinating all marketing efforts.
- Ensure marketing materials to be published and distributed. Collateral may include training and selling aids, telemarketing scripts, advertising copy, brochures, catalogues, display advertising, technical instructions, fact sheets, and information booklets.
- Support team participates in seminars, industry exhibitions, and other related events to promote the company and portfolio branding and services.
- Work with marketing and events partners
- Coordinate and manage agency partners
- Handle internal and external communication
- Create marketing presentations for stakeholders
- Manage overall marketing projects timeline and budget
- Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.
- Diploma in Marketing or Business Management
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience, in FMCG and/or Pharma preferred
- Prior experience in handling external vendors and events management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage across a matrix environment.
- Good business acumen and strategic planning capabilities
