Roles & Responsibilies:

Support in managing safety, health and environment Program and strategy for Service operations.
Implements and maintains ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, policies, risk assessments and safe work procedures.
Provides plant expertise on Singapore WSH and Environment regulations and interpretations, and to be able to provide planning and organize for implementation of new or revised safety regulations.
Conducts/supports internal and external ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 audits.
Conducts incident/accident investigations related to security, emergency response and contractor safety & health matters, and implement corrective measures to prevent a recurrence.
Support workshop to perform industrial hygiene survey, environment monitoring activities and maintains the necessary records.
Assist in the investigations and reporting of accidents/incidents and recommend preventive and correctives measures
Plan and coordinate regular workplace inspection to assess safety performance, identify areas of improvement and monitor effectiveness of corrective and preventive measures.
Provides oversight for contractor work activities including environmental, safety and health training, qualification and selection, audits, and program enhancements.
Conducts fire drills, tabletop, and business continuity plans. Support in the training and preparation of the emergency response team.
Conducts SHE induction training to employees and contractors.
Any other adhoc duties as and when assigned.
