Responsibilities

Prepare and amend BMS system architecture, control schematics & cable routing drawings as well as provide drafting support.
Ensure drawings are produced in accordance to requirement
Keep & maintain records of drawings done
Other duties as & when assigned
Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standard
Liaising with office printing equipment maintenance and suppliers.

Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering or ITE drafting certificate
Min 2 years of relevant experience in M&E building services, ACMV and drawing coordination in Singapore construction sites.
Familiar with CP83 and able to use REVIT software
Able to perform site measurements and translate into drawings with no or minimum supervision
Proficient in AutoCAD / Max 3D & Revit software (BIM).
Work on site as & when required.
