Overview:
Responsible for supporting the Managing Partner of Thematic Strategies in executing investment transactions and managing portfolio companies.

Responsibilities:

Conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including financial analysis, market research, and competitive analysis.

Prepare investment memos, financial models, and other materials to support investment decisions.

Monitor portfolio companies and provide operational support, including developing strategic plans, identifying growth opportunities, and addressing operational challenges.

Assist with fundraising activities, including preparing pitch materials and engaging with potential investors.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of investment strategies and portfolio management processes.

Build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts to stay informed on industry trends and identify potential investment opportunities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in private equity and 2 years in either investment banking or management consulting.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Demonstrated interest in sustainability and impact investing.

Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
