Description
**Job Responsibilities- Attend customer technical enquires and provide the necessary technical support over the product defects.
- Be the interface toward supplier(s) to discuss and follow up technical issue with related products.
- Support the Sales team for product introduction and qualification process.
- Support procurement process for product specification.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Incharge of product technical engineering.
- Training will be provided.
- Able to speak Korean is an added advantage.
