Description

To maintain and improve the market share in the countries assigned from time to time including negotiating prices with distributors, agents, and customers.


  • To develop new markets.
  • To develop sales and marketing strategies.
  • To meet sales budget (volume and sales value).
  • To manage and improve all aspects of sales & marketing activities assigned including:
  • Promoting new grades and products.
  • Reviewing distribution costs and effectiveness of distribution
channels.

  • Making quotations to agents, distributors, and customers.
  • Attending to customers queries and resolving customer
complains.

  • To promote the products also to indirect customers such as brand owners, machine makers, raw material makers for better relationships and projects.
  • To join/make presentations in the associations, conferences, exhibitions, and others.
  • To investigate market trend and market size.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge on quality, production and requirement of barrier packaging.
  • More than 5 years' experience in packaging business.
  • More than 3 years' experience in sales and marketing.
  • Communication with Sales, Customer Service, Production Planner and Marketing Development of HQ in Japan, R&D and Production team in Japan is must.
  • Proficiency in Japanese is required.
