• Prior experience in luxury watches industry
• Passionate in learning luxury watches technical knowledge
• Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Able to work retail hours

• Customer satisfaction orientation

Responsibility

• Attend to walk-in and telephone enquiries in a professional manner.
• To provide high quality of service to the customer by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the brand and products.
• Running smooth operations on the retail front line.
• To assist in the receiving and maintaining the inventory of stocks.
• Maintain and update customer's records.
