Description

Facilitate and authenticate the order fulfillment process from forecast through delivery

Work in crossfunctional groups to verify customer configuration requirements are translated into buildable systems within manufacturing business guidelines and configurations are onehundred percent accurate to customer request.
Attend Configuration Review Meetings (CaRM)
Work with Global Product Managers (GPM), Business Management Operations (BMO), Product Line Managers (PLM), Account Teams (A/T), and Engineering to simplify the processing of Non-Standard Requests (NSR) from customer
Interface with Manufacturing Project Managers (System PM) to expedite change execution by ushering Inside Lead Time Requests (ILTR) through workflow approvals
Review customerbased $0 NSO request submission justifications.
Responsible for business process creation and continuous improvement activities related to configuration accuracy
Review Engineering Specification Waivers (ESW), Engineering Change Requests (ECR), and Engineering Change Orders (ECO) in relation to BOM change structure assignment
Review discrepancies reported to Customer Experience team via nonconformance submissions to ensure mitigated impact on future orders
