Our client is a well known Global Engineering software development center with HQ in Europe.

This role is based in Singapore.

Duties:

Collaborate with the team to derive and approve plans for an iteration, including delivery scope, estimations, iteration goals, and gain team commitment.
Coordinate content dependencies with other Agile teams and Value Responsible teams.
Evaluate and control product quality to ensure continuous improvement.
Participate in team demos, system demos, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and retrospective meetings, and provide feedback for improvement.
Transform feedback from inspect events such as System Demo, Retrospectives, Inspect and Adapt meetings, etc. into actionable backlog items.
Serve as a customer representative for the development team.
Communicate the current status of the Agile team internally and externally.
Manage stakeholders (Agile team, Product Management).

Qualifications:

Hold a minimum university degree in an engineering relevant domain.
Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in Embedded Software products/Embedded Systems and an agile development environment.
Have experience working in international and multicultural environments.
Be able to elicit, specify, and document functionality and software requirements using different techniques.
Have relevant experience working in an agile, fastpaced environment.
Possess knowledge of Scaled-Agile (SAFe) Methodology and Scrum Methodology.
